What is your minimum order quantity?
Cigar.com does not have a minimum order amount. You can order a single cigar or a hundred boxes and we will still fill the order. However, we do carry some highly exclusive brands that are limited by the manufacturer - in which case we usually limit the number of sticks per order to two.
What if I don't want to place an order over the Internet?
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure on-line ordering system, you can place an order by telephone. To place a telephone order, visit our web site and determine what you wish to order. Once you have picked out what you want, call us at 800.357.9800 with your credit card number handy. We will then place your order.
Are all the cigars in stock?
We are the first cigar shop with live inventory information and we are mighty proud about it. Our web site is updated every second of the day to let you know about every cigar we have in stock. The verbiage 'in stock' is our way of telling you that we have a particular cigar in the humidor if you want it.
What if I order a cigar that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, even though we update our site every second of the day with inventory information, it is possible that you can order more than we have in stock. Once you have placed too many of a particular item in your shopping cart, you will be warned that not all items are in stock.
Do you charge sales tax?
Cigar.com is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Pennsylvania. Orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania are not subject to sales tax.
